"TL;DR at each other" time - where do we stand right now?

THINGS EMIL KNOWS:
- The worlds were reunited and the main party are heroes.
- Some things that went on between ToS and DotNW, e.g., formation of the Vanguard and crazy weather things.
- Stuff relating to his adventures trying to collect Centurions' cores/wake up Ratatosk.
- He's gleaned a few details about events prior to DotNW - some other Mithos guy is an antagonist, Kratos was with the main party during the world regeneration, Mithos and Kratos know each other and there are people named Yuan and Martel involved. Kratos is really worried about something that'll happen in the future? He thinks they're more or less from the same time, i.e., the main ToS storyline.
THINGS EMIL DOESN'T KNOW:
- Basically most everything else about how stuff went down in the first game. He's gleaned some details from stuff people have said in SC or in canon, but as far as he knows the main cast did things and then reunited the worlds, Martel is a real goddess, Mithos is a legendary hero he only vaguely knows about, etc.
- Some other basic world facts, because he's Emil. ("Oh yeah, the worlds used to be divided...")
TL;DR he should be able to spoiler the post-ToS future for anyone who's interested but he's not in the best position to be giving deep-game spoilers. He could maybe put a few pieces together if someone told him more stuff, but as it is he basically knows some disjointed things here and there.
WHERE EMIL STANDS:
- Emil is basically not doing anything right now because I've been on hiatus for a month and will be until my laptop's fixed. I'm open for planning, but activity isn't going to be very promising for a bit.
- I don't want Emil to find about the Big Reveal re: his identity unless absolutely necessary because that's a huge can of worms that can never be closed. Since he's the only one from DotNW so far this isn't really a problem; Kratos has poked at his story and kind of brought up that the whole thing's pretty weird but I don't think anyone's going to guess the truth anytime soon.
- On a similar vein, nobody from post-canon should really be telling Emil much about the new World Tree. This should also hopefully not be a significant problem.
- In general, I'm more concerned with getting Emil active because I've hit a point where I kind of don't know what I want to do with him and the hiatus hasn't helped. Sooo yeah.

WHAT MITHOS KNOWS
- He meets Lloyd and his companions. Current companions is knows of are well... everyone but Regal actually since Lloyd and Sheena have mentioned Raine and Genis so while he hasn't met them he knows their names.
- Lloyd's group also meets Yuan and Kratos. However, it seems that Lloyd's group has/does not meet Martel.
- Apparently he meets them 4000 years after the Peace Treaty?
- Kratos becomes Colette's bodyguard for the Journey of Regeneration. He knows it's a journey to restore the supply of mana to Sylvarant because the worlds are still split in two.
- A Hero's like is sacrificed in order to take the seed's place... but he either does this 4000 in the future when the seed does germinate or he sacrifices himself and it doesn't work regardless.
WHAT MITHOS DOESN'T KNOW
... That most of the above is a lie and his sister gets killed by a human and he goes insane and WE ALL KNOW WHERE THIS GOES. I don't think I really have to tl;dr this!
QUESTIONS MITHOS HAS
- WHERE IS MARTEL? Even if he wasn't with Martel she should have been with Yuan or Kratos. It's too weird for Lloyd to have met all three of them (at different times no less) but not his sister of all people.
- Why does it take 4000 years for the seed to germinate? The original plan was/is (in Mithos' and Kratos' canon points) to use Derris-Kharlan and its 100 year cycle to germinate it. So why doesn't it work and why does it take them 3900 years to come up with a solution only for the solution to quite possible be for Mithos to sacrifice himself. Which... ironically is kind of sort of what happens in the future ahh. ;;
- Exactly what time point is Colette from? She knows a legend that really shouldn't exist if he is the hero (and Kratos confirmed that he was sooo) and she's one of Lloyd's companions. Also, why did she go on a journey with Kratos to bring Sylvarant more mana when Mithos can use the Eternal Sword to change the flow of mana. And speaking of him, where is he as well as Yuan and (most importantly) Martel during this time?
- What does Sheena mean when she says "It's nice to hear someone else say it for once" when she asked to finish the words to Origin's summoning. If he does meet him in the future he should be the only one that Sheena would hear say it.
WHERE MITHOS STANDS
- LOST AND CONFUSED. People you need to get your stories straight. :(
- At least he doesn't know the truth but after he questions Lloyd about the whole '4000' year thing he's eventually going to question everyone about where his sister is. I'm assuming that this will lead to the whole plot that I was musing about the other day.
- That said while I am fine with saying something happens to Martel (she gets kidnapped, goes missing) her death is a 'NO GO' zone. That will put him on a path that I wouldn't be able to pull him back from and I think we all want to keep cute Mithos in Death City!
- He currently believes that he's (somehow) the Hero that does sacrifice himself in order for the seed to germinate and that he does meet Lloyd and his companions. The latter is pretty certain considering the number of Lloyd's friends who have come and said that they do meet him in the future.
- There's this guy named Emil who also seems from their world but HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS MESS. Which is... a good thing. It really is.
I... think that's it! I'll add more if I'm missing anything. But right now... I have no freakin' clue how to put this together nicely without any contradictions anywhere! I've tried. I really have. So yes. Good going guys!

This is Lloyd. Lloyd isn't overly deep so he's probably asked most of his questions and just not gotten answers, but this stuff is nice to know.
STUFF LLOYD KNOWS
- Anything he found out up to the Otherworldly Gate.
- That they defeat Cruxis and the worlds are united.
- Kratos, Mithos, and Yuan were apparently really old when he met them. And also stopped the Kharlan War with somebody name Martel and Noishe (who is apparently really old as well).
- Mithos is somehow Yggdrasill, as long as Kratos' theory is right.
- Telling Mithos any of this will result in really bad things happening to him.
- Lloyd meets Emil in two years. According to Emil he was being very distant and not telling his friends anything which sounds very strange to him.
STUFF LLOYD DOESN'T KNOW
- Yes.- Outside of the fact that they succeed, he doesn't know anything else that happened after he was brought here.
- Even though it's technically included above, I should mention that he has no idea that Kratos is his father.
STUFF LLOYD WANTS TO KNOW
- He's always concerned about finding ways to help out around Death City, especially to make up for the Halloween incident.
- How can Mithos become Yggdrasill?! Kratos did theorize that it has to do with Martel, but even then Mithos was nice when they met him and he's nice now so this does not compute.
- On that note, he is curious about Martel but he doesn't really know what to ask.
- WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH KRATOS?! Seriously, he thought he couldn't figure him out before. Comparing that with this Kratos is totally throwing him off.
- He's also wondering why he's acting so weird two years in the future but he doesn't wanna push that too much. Lloyd at least knows that time travel could screw everything up so learning too much could too.
WHERE LLOYD STANDS
(Yep, I forgot an entire section...)
- Training with Kratos because he wants to become stronger and it kind of worked before. Even though Kratos is weirder than before.
- We're working on tricking him into dating Colette cause there's no way he'd figure that out on his own or believe anyone that tried to approach it directly.
- For now I'd prefer it if he's left in the dark about Kratos being his father for plotty reasons.
- He has a lot of friends here now and he really want to hang out with ALL OF THEM.
In general, I'm trying to work myself up to being really active again after life repeatedly kicked me in the face for six months. I am getting back up to speed, but I'm not quite there yet so please bare with me!
Also don't be offended if I appear quiet, I'm just very shy and worry about bothering people.

What Kratos knows:
-The basics of the Journey of World Regeneration like with a Chosen being selected to go on a journey and save the world. He is aware of having been Colette's bodyguard during her journey. He's also aware about Desians and Human Ranches.
-The truth behind the journey. The reason for the journey is to acquire a vessel for Martel. Whenever a vessel suceeds in the journey, the mana flow between the worlds is alternated. The Chruch of Martel and the Desians are apart of Cruxis. Cruxis controls it all. Cruxis is also made up of angels. There's also Cruxis Crystals but those to him are Hi-Exspheres.
-His own involvement with all this. He knows he betrays the party, he knows he's apart of Cruxis, and he knows he's a villian.
-Mithos becoming Yggdrasill. Does he ever know this and is doing his damnest to prevent it. He's gotten Emil to help him research BREW just to up the possibility of him somehow remembering all this and saving Mithos before anything happens.
-Something happened to Martel. While he isn't aware of all the details regarding it but he knows it's the reason behind why Mithos ends up as he does.
-The fact that they fail to save the world in his era and that everyone else is from 4000 years in the future. Alternatively, he knows the worlds end up getting put back together by Lloyd.
-Lloyd has Noishe. Somehow Lloyd had managed to get his protozoan and Kratos has no idea how. He just thinks Noishe got tired of dealing with the evil and met up with Lloyd at some point.
-Emil is weird. No really. A good portion of his story makes no sense to Kratos. Unless Tenebrae or someone ends up coming, he won't be getting answers about the weirdness and won't figure out the truth himself.
What Kratos doesn't know:
-LLOYD IS HIS SON. He does not know this and please PLEASE do not reveal this to him. There is something planned with this eventually getting revealed, but not for a while. Honestly, he believes he is evil and will die alone without kids. Feel free to make jokes about them being related though. Totally cool with that.
-He's not a jackass. He has zero idea he's actually helping the party. Going off what he knows from Lloyd and others, Kratos believes he's a complete villian by this point and hopes they manage to defeat him.
-Cruxis was started by them. He's under the impression that they joined the organization after Martel died and Mithos simply rose up in rank.
-The details of Martel's death. He knows something happens to her, but doesn't know when or what. The only thing he's aware of is that it happens before they can germinate the Giant Tree.
-Yuan's loyalities. He knows that Yuan is both in Cruxis and the Renegades but has no clue what the hell he's up to.
What Kratos is doing:
-Research. His and Lloyd's apartment is covered in books and documents about BREW. All of his efforts right now are going into figuring out a way to save Mithos and save the future. He's well aware this means those from the future may cease to exist, but sees no other way. Sacrificing the lives of a few out weigh damning millions.
-Training Lloyd. Seems normal enough, but his reason for doing so isn't so simple. If they do remember and nothing changes, he wants Lloyd strong enough to kill him in the future. A second reason is the possibility of Kratos getting sent back and the one from the future popping up here. If that happens, once again, he wants Lloyd ready and more than able to kill him.
-Protecting Mithos. Granted I haven't been keeping as good an eye on this as I should've due to school but I will be from now on. No matter what it takes, he will keep Mithos from learning the truth about the future and aims to silence anyone who may know anything. He will threadjack anything which could lead to that reveal, as a fair warning. Cute Mithos will remain cute.
Where Kratos stands:
-I AM AN EVIL BASTARD WHO DOES NOT DESERVE TO LIVE. He blames himself for all that happens in the future. Every. Single. Damned. Thing. Colette nearly getting sacrfied? His fault. Mithos going insane? His fault. Desians and the world being as is it? His fault.
-Determined to make this up to anyone from his world. No matter who you are or what you think of him, he will watch out for you and help whenever possible. Colette especially. Kratos will do anything for her to make up for helping bring her to her death, like taking care of a puppy occassionally.
-Willing to make himself the bad guy. Should anything more get revealed to Mithos or anything about the betrayal, Kratos will spin the story to make himself seem evil. Sacrificing a relationship with him is worth him never becoming Yggdrasill.

*Who Ratatosk is. Emil confused her a bit on that, but she was able to reason her way through it without blurting anything out about the new tree.
WHAT SHEENA DOESN'T KNOW:
*What's happened in the two years since the rejoining.
*What exactly the cores are Emil mentioned.
*Corrine's true form. And please, keep mum about it.
WHAT SHEENA IS DOING:
*Working/Contemplating joining the Watch
*Trying to figure out the best way to do damage control with Mithos.
*Discussing that very thing with Zelos.
WHERE SHEENA STANDS:
*Mithos is Mithos; Yggdrasil is Yggdrasil. She sees them as two separate people--especially now. Mithos is the kid who resembles Colette (seriously, mun thinks so), and Yggdrasil needs a disco ball above him.
*Is consciously avoiding speaking phrases like "Martel" and "Goddess" around Mithos, however, she will curse in other ways.
*Has just arrived in Death City and is still getting her bearings.
*Has recently learned her Weapon form and is trying to figure that one out. (She's an Obijime!)
*Wants to meet up with everyone--including having a dinner party for them.

- that she meets Emil a couple of years in the future. Also meets Presea, Regal and Zelos when she goes to Tethe'alla because Lloyd is stubborn and wants to bring her back after the Final Seal. :lb
- Succeeds in reuniting the worlds. Though she is not quite sure how exactly. But apparently she survives. Which. She is still trying to get her head around because. Being brought up to believe you'll likely die at sixteen and all. Yeah.
- Kratos apparently betrays them? But it's Colette so she trusts him and figures if he did he has his reasons.
Things Colette Doesn't Know:
- Much at all beyond the Final Seal besides some basic details Lloyd told her when he arrived and she met up with him.
- Pretty much the sequel sans meeting Emil and Marta? Because Emil is here and mentioned Marta so she knows them at least.
- Details on the whole. Reuniting the worlds together thing. She just knows they have the idea and try and it apparently works. Somehow or rather.
- Lloyd and Kratos are related.
- Mithos as Yggdrasil. She had yet to even meet him back home at all so. Yeah, totally oblivious on that front.
Where Colette Stands:
-Still adjusting to the idea that she lives. Trying to make the most of it while here with her senses and all and helping out around Death City where she can, working at Death By Pastry and living with her Weapon partner Fuuka.
- Glad to see Sheena here, and that Zelos is back even if she never actually remembers meeting him back home yet.
- Not!date log thing still ongoing in which Zidane tries to matchmake her with Lloyd.
- Does not seem too concerned that Kratos is from prior to meeting her, just knows he does seem very helpful and confused/concerned about her and the future. For. Obvious reasons. She knows that he apparently betrays them but believes he must have his reasons. She isn't quite sure what to make of the huge time difference though. :la
